What does the course cover?

The course content has been developed and curated by subject matter experts and leading practitioners. It covers the following 6 modules:

Module 1 What is PE and who are the key players?
Module 2 The PE fund investment cycle
Module 3 Investing in Private Equity
Module 4 Legal Agreements
Module 5 Financial Instruments
Module 6 PE and Society

The course comprises 4 hours of self-paced study divided within the 6 modules, including optional interactive quizzes to consolidate your learning progress.  

The course content is delivered through a combination of screencasts, interactive slides with examples, explanatory graphs, assignments and key take-aways

Additional resources,  including an interactive PE glossary, a compendium of selected further reading materials and a bank of relevant case studies, are also provided.
