What does the course cover?

The course content has been developed and curated by subject matter experts and leading practitioners. It covers the following 4 modules:

The course comprises 3 hours of self-paced study divided into 4 modules, including optional interactive quizzes and assignments to consolidate your learning progress and further reading suggestions. 

Why should you take the course?

This course will help you to better understand what an ELTIF label entails and how it can be set attached to your fund. It will provide you with valuable insights into the investment strategies, operating restrictions, and effective marketing strategies associated with an ELTIF fund.

Who should take the course?

The course is aimed at PE professionals already authorised, or planning to get authorised, under the AIFMD who are questioning the relevance of the ELTIF passport for their fund and seeking to gain an understanding of the implications and requirements associated with its use, aiming to determine the potential profile of their upcoming fund.

On-demand e-learning course, accessible on the Invest Europe learning hub.

Registration and course access

Online registration followed within 15 minutes by a confirmation email with link to access course content.

On-demand e-learning courses can also be accessed via Invest Europe’s e-learning platform.

Registered participants will have access to the course for 6 months from the registration date.
